Executive Summary

Are you a worm farmer?  Have you been raising worms, producing earthworm castings?  Are you already in business………..yet looking for ways to improve your profits in earthworms?   Are you at a place where you NEED TO DO SOMETHING?

Consider these two plans:

Plan A FIGHT BACK WITH KNOWLEDGE

As you know, the PACE OF CHANGE in the earthworm industry is FAST. Things are changing QUICKLY.  Bankruptcies HAPPEN !!!  People let you down.  Expectations get crushed.

WHAT DO YOU DO?
Here’s what smart people do:  THEY FIGHT BACK WITH KNOWLEDGE  Since the pace of change is  rapid in our industry, and since we live in a world where information is king, you cannot afford to fall behind.  To be a leader…….to be in the game……..to work smarter rather than harder…….you need KNOWLEDGE.

Where are you going to obtain knowledge about the worm industry?

  • Library.  Sure.  Go check out a book that’s 20 years old….or more.  They’ve got real “state of the art” stuff there.

  • Another Worm Farmer.  You bet.  You can talk about each other’s problems and fantasize about how you’re gonna make it big someday.

  • Worm Salesman.  Oh yeah.  They’ve been the cause of financial ruin for many.

  • Internet chat rooms.  Lots of great tips from anonymous authorities you can trust with your business and life savings.  It’s where they invented the phrase, “misery loves company.”

Be Realistic.

To start making money in the worm business, you’ve got to start with yourself.  You’ve got to invest in yourself.  You’ve got to start THINKING FOR YOURSELF and LEARNING from PEOPLE who have been making money.

Someone once said, “If you want to make a million dollars……….take a millionaire out to lunch.”

What’s that mean?

That means START LISTENING to those who have something to say.  Get reliable information.  Use that information……….especially the PRINCIPLES behind the success…….and start working smarter instead of harder.

In the worm industry………..where are you going to learn from people who will convey this kind of important information?

You might consider investing in yourself by investing in resources that will bring you knowledge about the status of the industry........

………to learn what others have done successfully
………to learn from others’ mistakes
………to see how others THINK
………to get a glimpse into future opportunities
………to get better skilled in various areas
………to improve your vocabulary…..so you can talk     intelligently about this industry with others
……….to network with others
……….to think out your business plan
……….to consider possible pitfalls
……….to realize how many opportunities are out there…just waiting to be fulfilled.
